Getting Started: How to create your church's Energy and Water Label

-------

This workbook was designed to help you create an informative sign ("label") for your church, showing energy and water use as well as greenhouse gas emissions for the past three years.

The workbook also generates a table of energy and water use, that you can include in your parish's annual report.

You can continue adding information for the next two years (2007 and 2008) to track whether you are meeting energy, emissions and water reduction goals.

Some church facilities have several meters. This workbook accommodates four meters each for electricity, natural gas and water.

This workbook also accommodates propane, diesel, wood and fuel oil use.

This workbook also accommodates Green Power, energy produced from renewable energy devices on site, and estimates of rain water harvesting.
