Luke Mayba
Our household is making this pledge because:
It's very important for the Church and its members to take a positive and assertive role on the climate change issue. For those of us who call ourselves Christians, our faith compells us, and will strengthen us, to make the changes to our lives and our society that are necessary to preserve God's world.

| I will increase the pressure I put on politicians to impose regulations to limit greenhouse gas emissions by: writing and phoning their offices regularly, and writing letters to newspapers and calling in to radio programmes. I have also organized a petition at my work. Finally, I talk more regularly about climate change with those around me, and I continue reading on the subject. |
