Once you have been approved as a steward you should receive an email to that effect from our webmaster. 

Approving a Pledge

Stewards recieve confirmation emails whenever a new person from your congregation has completed a pledge.  You can click on the link sent you to review each pledge but will still need to sign in to the site in order to approve the pledge.

1. Login - Click on the Become a Steward link and then click on the Login here.
2. Next either click on the link in your email notice or click on Household Pledges then View Individual Household Pledges.
3. Find the name of your congregation and the pledge or pledges in your congregation that are not yet approved and click on the name of the pledge you want to review and approve.
4. Once you have reviewed the pledge then in the top right of the main body click on the "awaiting registration" button.        Select  -> "register member and make profile public."              Note: if the person you registered asked not to have their profile shared their pledge will be added but their information will not be visible to public website visitors.

That is it! You are done.  If you want to approve other pledges in your congregation you can at this point by following steps 2-4.
